I am writing you as a representative of the international branch of the Federal Employment Agency of Germany (ZAV). As part of the team specialising on advising medical professions we have offered advice for doctors from all over Europe who want to work in Germany for some time.
In Greece we have so far only visited Athens and Thessaloniki, but we think it fair to offer information events repeatedly only there. We would like to offer our information in other parts of Greece as well. Of course, only you can estimate if are doctors in your area for who this kind of advice would be useful.
Our main focus is on young doctors who would have to wait a long time to find a position for their desired specialisation and unemployed doctors. In a presentation we detail the requirements and opportunities the German labour market has to offer them. If desired, we also hold individual advice sessions.
If you are interested in the details of such information events, I will gladly present the possibly concepts so you can choose the one that fits your wishes best.
